The rules, and the limits
What is required, what French law says, and what we don't promise.
The disclosure is injected, not left to you
- pump.fun's rules: a caller must say when a post is paid.
- Hiding it is banned.
- Coordinated posting loses its rewards.
- Every mission comes with its disclosure line.
- The caller sees it before booking.
- A post without it is not paid.
Under French law
- French law (loi n° 2023-451, 9 June 2023) limits paid promotion of crypto assets.
- Only registered or authorised advertisers may use it. A pump.fun memecoin usually has none.
- A paid post must also be labelled «publicité» or «collaboration commerciale».
- Paying people in the EU to promote these tokens falls under this law.
- It must be decided before launch.
- The options: block the EU, run from outside the EU, or change what callers do.
Who holds the funds
- Paid2Call holds each mission's deposit.
- It pays callers once their callout is verified.
- In an incident, Paid2Call can secure the funds. They go back to the project's admins.
- Launchpad tokens: Paid2Call claims their trading fees into each token's pool.
- The creator cannot claim them. Their share arrives automatically.
- 10% is locked for $PAID2CALL callers.
What this platform does not promise
pump.fun has its own reward program for callers. Its rules are secret, and it pays only if it wants to.
We never promise pump.fun's reward. Every amount on this site is paid by Paid2Call, from funded missions and token pools.
