Paid2Call
The rules, and the limits
This page says what's mandatory, what French law does to this specific product, and, as plainly as the front page, what this platform does not promise.
The disclosure is injected, not left to you
pump.fun's own Callout Rewards terms require a caller to clearly disclose, in the callout or through an in-app disclosure mechanism, any compensation received for promoting an asset. Undisclosed compensation is prohibited conduct, and coordinated engagement forfeits rewards outright.
So the platform writes the disclosure text into every mission before it opens, shows it to a caller before they can claim a slot, and the review gate rejects a screenshot that doesn't carry it. Compliance becomes something the product does, not something a caller has to word correctly under pressure to post fast.
Under French law
Loi n° 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 restricts paid commercial influence that promotes digital assets to cases where the advertiser is registered or authorised under the monetary and financial code. A pump.fun memecoin has no such advertiser by construction, and where the restriction doesn't apply outright, the "publicité" / "collaboration commerciale" label is mandatory on the post itself.
A marketplace paying users inside the EU to promote these tokens falls inside that perimeter. That is a live constraint on this product, not a footnote resolved by this page: geo-restriction, a non-EU operating entity, or a change of deliverable are the options, and the choice has to be made before launch, by whoever operates the platform.
What this platform does not promise
pump.fun runs its own Callout Rewards program on top of the callout feed this platform reads. Its payout metric is confidential, and its own terms describe the reward as gratuitous, granted entirely at the program operator's sole and absolute discretion.
That reward is never promised in anything this platform says about itself. It is a third party's bonus, held back or paid at their choice alone. Every number on this site, the pool, the price per callout, the ceiling, is what Paid2Call itself pays out of its own funded missions, verified through the gates described on how it works, never through someone else's discretion.
